Returns and exchanges
Returns
Within 14 days of receiving the item, an item purchased on sale can be returned up to 5 days from receiving the item.
Returning an item will only be possible if there is no damage to the product.
You can choose between 2 options:
* Website credit - full amount without time limit
* Credit to credit (monetary credit minus 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. The shipping cost will be deducted from the total credit.)
Shipping back to us 3 options:
1. Returning the item with a courier - 30 NIS (if you chose to receive credit for the site - you will not be charged for the courier)
2. Returning the item to our warehouse (Rabbi Shmuel Trubetz, Rishon LeZion) - free of charge
The processing time for a return request is up to 5 business days.
* Canceling an order on the site, before it is shipped, will also incur a 5% deduction from the transaction amount.
* Refunds will be made to the credit card used to make the transaction only.
*Cancelling an order on the site after it has been shipped will result in a 5% deduction from the transaction amount and 30 NIS for return shipping. Alternatively, you can accept the order and return it to the warehouse independently at no cost.
*Cancellation of a transaction on a 1+1 offer does not apply to the return of one item; you must return both items within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund.
Exchanges
Product replacement will be done by one of the following options:
1. A courier will come to collect the product you want to return and will give you the product you wanted to receive instead - first exchange free of charge
2. Exchange by arriving at the warehouse (Rabbi Shmuel Trubetz, Rishon LeZion)
The processing time for a replacement request is up to 5 business days.
You can only exchange the size/color of an item if the size/color remains in stock.
